General Provisions

This document defines the terms of use of SKYIT VPS services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Provided

SKYIT VPS provides the following services:

• Virtual dedicated server rental (VPS/VDS)
• Cloud solutions (NVR, MikroTik, NAS)
• Domain name registration and renewal
• SSL certificates
• Technical support and consulting

Obligations of the Parties

Client's Obligations:

• Pay for services on time
• Use services in accordance with the law
• Do not disrupt server and network operation
• Do not place prohibited content
• Ensure the security of their account credentials

Provider's Obligations:

• Ensure server availability (SLA 99.9%)
• Provide 24/7 technical support
• Ensure client data protection
• Notify about planned maintenance in advance

Payment Terms

Payment for services is made on the terms of 100% prepayment. Tariffs are indicated on the website and may change with 14 days notice to clients. Payment is accepted in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH) through available payment systems.

Refunds

Refunds are made in the following cases:

• Non-provision of services due to the Provider's fault
• Technical problems not resolved within 7 days
• Incorrect debiting of funds

Liability

SKYIT VPS is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by third parties (hacker attacks, DDoS)
• Loss of data due to the client's own actions
• Damage caused by force majeure
• Indirect damages or lost profits

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for complete or partial non-fulfillment of obligations if such non-fulfillment is caused by force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, pandemics, actions of government bodies, etc.).

Termination of the Agreement

The agreement may be terminated:

• At the client's initiative (7 days notice)
• At the provider's initiative in case of violation of terms
• In case of non-payment for services within 14 days

Confidentiality

Client personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We notify about changes on the website 14 days before they come into force. Continued use of services after changes means your acceptance of the new terms.
