Provision of the entire range of services by SkyITvps (sole proprietor Kuievda Kostiantyn Mykolaiovych) is based on the following rules and conditions. These rules are mandatory for all Subscribers of the hosting provider.

General Terminology

The Company SkyITvps (sole proprietor Kuievda Kostiantyn Mykolaiovych) – hereinafter referred to as the Contractor.

The Customer of the Company SkyITvps (sole proprietor Kuievda Kostiantyn Mykolaiovych) services – hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber.

Web Hosting – a list of services provided by the Contractor under the names "Hosting", "Premium Hosting".

Virtual Server – a list of services provided by the Contractor under the name "VPS/VDS" and involves providing the Subscriber with a virtual dedicated server with an external static IP address.

Software – any type of software, including website scripts.

1. Duties of the Contractor:

1.1. Provide the Subscriber with services that correspond to the tariff plan chosen by the Subscriber.

1.2. Register the Subscriber by creating the possibility to register a personal account in the Personal Cabinet.

1.3. Provide services in accordance with the characteristics described on the Contractor's official website.

1.4. Keep confidential information received from the Subscriber during registration, as well as the content of private email messages, except as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.5. Provide basic and technical support to the Subscriber related to the operation of the ordered services, which includes:

1.5.1. Consultative assistance with registration, transfer to the Contractor's service, renewal and configuration of domain names registered with the Contractor;

1.5.2. Consultative assistance when placing orders and extending the validity period of the entire list of the Contractor's services;

1.5.3. Consultations on the technical characteristics and properties of the Contractor's services;

1.5.4. Consultations on the placement and launch of the Subscriber's web resources on the Contractor's ordered services;

1.5.5. Assistance in installing and, at the Subscriber's request, independent installation of SSL certificates ordered from the Contractor within the scope of the Subscriber's ordered Web Hosting, Virtual Server or Dedicated Physical Server services. Installation involves integrating the SSL certificate into the hosting or virtual server control panel but does not involve possible modification of the source code of website scripts and files for its correct operation over HTTPS;

1.5.6. Free and complete replacement of failed hardware components for the Dedicated Physical Server service;

Basic and technical support of Subscribers does not include:

1.5.7. Development of the website and other software for the Subscriber;

1.5.8. Correction and modification of the source code of the Subscriber's websites and software;

1.5.9. Modification of graphics and design elements of the Subscriber's resources;

1.5.10. Carrying out activities aimed at improving the position of the Subscriber's website in search engine results on the Internet;

1.5.11. Free treatment and cleaning of the Subscriber's resources from viruses or other malicious code;

1.5.12. Installation/configuration and removal of non-standard software on the Subscriber's services;

1.5.13. Administration and modification of the content of the Subscriber's web resources;

1.5.14. Restoring the functionality of the Subscriber's Virtual and Dedicated Servers after software corruption caused by the Subscriber's actions;

1.5.15. Updating the Subscriber's website software and tracking the existence of new updates.
